Michael has nearly 40 years of diversified technology and management experience, with most of those years in the NonStop space.

Michael always has a customer-first mentality to his business and products. He is passionate about ensuring his companies offer the best products possible with continued improvement along with the very best support of those products 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. One significant initiative Michael implemented, which is incredibly important to him, is the addition of Charity as one of the Core Values at Network Technologies International, Inc. and N.T.I. Limited. "Loving your neighbour" is a principle passed down to him and instilled in him as a core belief. That belief is an integral part of the culture and what his companies demonstrate via a pattern of giving generously to various charitable and community organizations, causes, and events. NTI strives to encourage and support its employees to develop and maintain a spirit of charity by volunteering their time, attention, efforts, and resources to "helping your neighbour".

Alphonse R. M. Hoge is a veteran with over 25 years experience in NonStop systems.

Has worked for various companies starting with Burroughs in the late 70's. Joined NTI as Technical director in 2002 where he leads all technical aspects of the company.

Mr. Newton is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Network Technologies International, Inc. and Director of N.T.I. Limited.

Cody has more than 13 years of Business Management, financial operations and management experience.

His diverse business experience and education has aided him in developing strong skills in relationship management, strategic planning, budget planning and execution, and data analysis. Mr. Newton holds an MBA in Accounting, an MS in Information Technology, and a BBA in Management.

In his personal time he is a board member for ALL THAT! Teens Hopeful About Tomorrow which is a non-profit, mentoring teenaged youth in academic achievement, life skill development, and career planning to succeed in life. He also enjoys volunteering as a Camp Life Counselor in Zambia, Africa where he maintains relationships with many orphaned and vulnerable children to help them succeed and have a future. He is also a volunteer for the Special Olympics of Ohio.

Tim Dunne is a Senior Sales Executive with almost four decades experience in the NonStop payments and infrastructure space. 

Almost half of these years have been devoted to representing industry-leading data replication and integration technologies to a diverse global Customer audience.  As a military veteran, Tim is a strong believer in a disciplined and respectful approach to working with multiple layers within an organization to ensure requirements are met and exceeded. 

 Relationships built and sustained over the years are of utmost importance to Tim and cherished.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, shooting clay targets as a former All-American team member and looking forward to the beauty another day brings.
